Father Preston. I could see him so clearly in my mind.  His body mutilated and scarred, his neck bare of the symbol that made him the man I knew.  Was this dream one that had already happened? Or did I have time to stop it, was it simply antoher catastrophic event yet to occur?

I could alert the police but what then.  What would they think if I told them the things I had seen? I would end up in a psych ward or worse arrested for having an inside link to the murders, an inside link to my own daughters abduction.  No, I could not say a thing.  I was of better help to Paige if I kept my mouth shut and my mind focused on finding her.  From the reality of the images, the blood caked on Father Prestons body like red paint drying on a barn, I was pretty sure that it was already to late for him.  The police would find him and hopefully when they did it would lead to furthur clues and get me closer to finding my daughter.

Closing my eyes again I focused on the placecards assigned to each body.  Each being labeled one final statement of their life. The statement that everyone watching the news coverage would remember them for.  Then I ruled out which commandments were left.  What this sick mind could possibly be trying to pin on my daughter. I couldnt think of it, I didnt want to start trying to assume my daughters fate.  I thrust my eyes open. 

There was one step I could take.  One suspicion I could tell the police.  My assistant, the woman I trusted and repected, could she really be in on it? I prayed I was wrong but I had no other choice.  I will ask for forgiveness later for casting doubt on to her if I am wrong.  Though I love her and all she does I would sacrifice anything to find my daughter, myself included.

"Officer," God I prayed this would turn into nothing "I have something I need to show you." I took the picture with me into the hall.
